v0.2 - Balance Update

Since the game jam, I've received feedback from a variety of people and started making a to-do list for future updates. This minor update mostly addresses changes to the game loop to make the game more interesting with an increased difficulty earlier on.
Balance changes
- Slime spawn rate reduced.
- Jumper/Disc spawning allowed in earlier waves.
- Game speed increases at waves 5/10 vs 10/20.
Accessibility changes
- White bullets slightly larger to help with visibility.
- Pause menu option to disable the Microphone. The float spell is used as the mechanism for starting the game, but it was brought to my attention that some people might not have the proper lung capacity to blow hard enough into the mic to activate the spell. There are also the cases where you may be in a place that is too loud and cause unexpected results. Disabling the microphone from the pause menu allows for the spell to be activated with the A button instead.
